Kısacası: Grafik Tercümanı'nda hesap açılmaz. Sunucularımızda size ait bir kullanıcı kaydı, profil veya kişisel veri tutulmaz. Uygulamanın tuttuğu her şey kendi telefonunuzdadır ve siz silersiniz.

1. Silinecek hesap var mı?

Hayır. Grafik Tercümanı'nda kayıt, giriş ve profil bulunmaz. Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası veya cihaz kimliği toplanmadığı için sunucumuzda silinecek bir hesap kaydı oluşmaz.

Uygulamanın sakladığı bilgiler şunlardır ve hepsi yalnızca telefonunuzda durur: dil ve tema tercihi, tanıtım ekranı durumu, izleme listeniz, kurduğunuz alarmlar ve kapalı test için girdiğiniz sunucu adresi.

2. Verilerinizi kendiniz nasıl silersiniz

Aşağıdaki üç yoldan herhangi biri, uygulamaya ait tüm verileri kalıcı olarak siler:

1. Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar ekranını açın, "Verilerimi sil" bölümüne girin ve onaylayın. Alarmlarınız, izleme listeniz ve tercihleriniz tek adımda sıfırlanır.
2. Android ayarlarından: Ayarlar > Uygulamalar > Grafik Tercümanı > Depolama > Verileri temizle.
3. Uygulamayı kaldırarak: uygulamayı telefonunuzdan kaldırdığınızda Android, uygulamaya ait tüm yerel veriyi otomatik olarak siler.

Silme işlemi anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz. Bekleme süresi yoktur, bizim onayımız gerekmez.

3. Silinen ve silinmeyen veriler

• Silinen: dil ve tema tercihi, tanıtım ekranı durumu, izleme listesi, alarm defteri, girilen sunucu adresi. Yani uygulamanın tuttuğu her şey.
• Sunucuda kalan kişisel veri: yok. Sunucumuz size ait hiçbir kayıt tutmadığı için silinecek bir sunucu verisi bulunmaz.
• Sunucuda tutulan kişiye bağlı olmayan veri: piyasa tespitleri (sembol, zaman dilimi, formasyon adı gibi). Bunlar sizinle ilişkilendirilmez, herkes için aynıdır ve en fazla 7 gün saklanır.
• Google Play tarafındaki kayıtlar: uygulamayı indirdiğinize dair Google hesabınızdaki kayıt Google'a aittir; Play Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetilir, bizim kontrolümüzde değildir.

4. Bize silme talebi göndermek

Telefonunuza erişiminiz yoksa, işlemi kendiniz yapamıyorsanız veya hakkınızda herhangi bir veri tutulup tutulmadığını doğrulatmak istiyorsanız bize yazın. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

Sizden kimlik belgesi veya kişisel bilgi istemeyiz; zaten elimizde sizinle eşleştirilebilecek bir veri bulunmadığı için buna gerek yoktur.

In short: Grafik Tercümanı has no user accounts. We hold no user record, profile or personal data about you on our servers. Everything the app stores lives on your own phone, and you delete it yourself.

1. Is there an account to delete?

No. Grafik Tercümanı has no registration, no sign-in and no profile. Because no name, email, phone number or device identifier is collected, no account record exists on our server to delete.

The information the app stores is the following, and all of it resides only on your phone: language and theme preference, onboarding state, your watchlist, your alerts, and the server address you enter for closed testing.

2. How to delete your data yourself

Any one of the three routes below permanently deletes all app data:

1. From inside the app: open Settings, go to "Delete my data" and confirm. Your alerts, watchlist and preferences are reset in one step.
2. From Android settings: Settings > Apps > Grafik Tercümanı > Storage > Clear data.
3. By uninstalling: when you remove the app, Android automatically deletes all of its local data.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no waiting period and no approval from us is required.

3. What is deleted and what is not

• Deleted: language and theme preference, onboarding state, watchlist, alert book, entered server address — that is, everything the app stores.
• Personal data held on the server: none. Our server keeps no record about you, so there is no server-side data to delete.
• Non-personal data held on the server: market detections (symbol, timeframe, pattern name and similar). These are not linked to you, are identical for everyone, and are retained for at most 7 days.
• Records held by Google Play: the record in your Google account that you installed the app belongs to Google; it is managed in your Play Store account settings and is outside our control.

4. Sending us a deletion request

If you no longer have access to your phone, cannot perform the steps yourself, or want confirmation of whether any data about you is held, write to us. We answer within 30 days at the latest.

We will not ask you for identity documents or personal details; since we hold nothing that can be matched to you, there is no need.
