- 90-minute private transfer up the valley road — we arrange it.

Questions before you book
Is snow guaranteed?
Our runs sit between 2,200 and 3,100 m on a north face, so the upper mountain holds snow across the whole season. If the lifts on your dates cannot open for weather, you may rebook within twelve months or receive a full refund.
Can beginners ski here?
Yes. Two in-house guides run private lessons from never-ever to off-piste. The lower forest slopes are gentle and quiet — a good place to learn without an audience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 30 days before arrival for a full refund, up to 14 days for a 50% refund. Inside 14 days the stay is non-refundable, but you may move your dates once, subject to availability.
How do we actually get to the lodge?
We coordinate the whole last leg: airport transfer, the valley road, and the final snow-cat ride from the village. You send us your flights; we handle the rest, luggage included.
Can we bring children, or a dog?
Children of all ages are welcome; the Summit Loft sleeps three. We are a small, quiet house, so we take one dog at a time by prior arrangement — just tell us when you book.
Is the thermal pool open in all weather?
The pool is heated year-round and stays open through snow and wind; we only close it briefly during lightning. Robes, towels and a warm changing room are always provided.
